This is a full-time position with a D2 University in Dobbs Ferry, NY. In this role, you will provide coverage for practices and games, along with coordinating access to additional health care for their athletes. Additionally, there will be opportunities for weekend events and/or PRN work.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide athletic training coverage at practices, games, and eventsPrevent, assess, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuriesMaintain accurate injury and rehabilitation recordsCollaborate with coaches, physicians, and other key stakeholders as neededSupport injury prevention and strength/conditioning initiativesAssist with the development of concussion and wellness programsParticipate in continued professional development and company programs (CPR training, impact testing, etc.).QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Athletic Training or a related fieldCertification: Current BOC certification and eligible for state licensureExperience: Experienced ATCs.
