About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced marketing team supporting a portfolio of consumer-facing brands. This person will play a key role in developing digital creative for promotional campaigns, product initiatives, seasonal moments, and ongoing e-commerce and retail marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is both creative and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to take a campaign concept or brief and turn it into polished, engaging digital experiences. You’ll work across a variety of channels and formats while ensuring creative remains consistent with established brand standards and each brand’s individual identity.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys a high-volume environment, working collaboratively with marketing and creative partners, and seeing their work directly impact customer engagement and business performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop digital creative for promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and ongoing marketing programs.
• Create visual assets for a variety of channels, including email, websites, landing pages, paid advertising, social media, CRM, and e-commerce.
• Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling, customer-focused designs.
• Work within existing brand guidelines while finding creative ways to capture the personality and voice of individual brands.
• Build layouts that effectively communicate promotional messaging while maintaining strong visual hierarchy and user experience.
• Create multiple versions, sizes, and formats of campaign creative for use across different digital channels.
• Ensure all final creative is properly prepared for production and meets platform-specific technical and quality requirements.
• Maintain visual consistency when adapting campaigns across various placements and customer touchpoints.
• Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Digital stakeholders throughout the creative process.
• Balance multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Keep design files, templates, libraries, and other creative resources organized and accessible.
• Help identify opportunities to improve creative processes, team workflows, and overall design quality.
• Stay informed on evolving digital design trends, platform standards, and emerging creative technologies.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital design, ideally within a consumer, CPG, retail, e-commerce, or similarly fast-moving environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and campaign work, including examples of email, web, advertising, social, and responsive design.
• Experience producing a high volume of digital creative while working against deadlines and changing priorities.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and how design supports engagement, conversion, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Ability to work within established visual identities while creating fresh, engaging creative that feels authentic to each brand.
• Strong command of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including After Effects), Figma, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with responsive design and established design systems is preferred.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for producing thoughtful, high-quality creative.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Background supporting retail promotional calendars or recurring, high-volume marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating creative around promotions, pricing, merchandising, or special offers.
• Experience working with consumer brands, retail organizations, CPG companies, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with motion design or animation, particularly Adobe After Effects.
• Experience incorporating AI-powered design and creative tools into production or workflow processes.
