Clinical DietitianAramark Healthcare+ is seeking a full-time clinical dietitian at Pascagoula Hospital, part of Singing River Health, in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Pascagoula Hospital is a full-service, 435 bed, level III trauma center in Pascagoula, MS. Their specialties include a regional cancer center, inpatient and outpatient rehab, behavioral health services, and several critical care units.Job Responsibilities:Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needsProvide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changesCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition careMonitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as neededStay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutritionQualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or a related fieldRegistered dietitian (RD) certificationAt least one year of clinical experience preferredLicensed dietitian status in MississippiStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teamsPassion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition careConditions of employment include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.About Aramark: Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
