River Club is part of a growing restaurant group. As the sister restaurant to Residents Café & Bar, we strive for nothing short of excellence in our culinary, beverage, and hospitality services.

Our restaurant specializes in a focused mediterranean approach, showing mastery in Lebanese, Spanish, and Italian cuisines. As such, our beverage program is an extension to this mentality. We deliver tasty, expertly crafted, beautiful cocktails that pair perfectly with our food.

We are looking for bartenders who display confidence, passion, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualified candidates will have:

• 2+ years’ experience including high-volume and craft cocktail delivery and creation
• Strong knowledge is classic cocktails
• Wine knowledge is a plus
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Teamwork mentality
• Passion for hospitality
• Willingness to take direction, to learn, and to grow

Role and Responsibilities:

• High-volume, elevated craft cocktail driven, modern upscale bartender
• Proper execution of opening and closing procedures
  • Bar setup/teardown
  • Preparing garnishes
  • Stocking
  • Batching
  • Daily communication on low inventory
• Adherence to brand standards, making sure nothing reaches a guest below quality
• Anticipation to guest needs
• Creating a memorable and personal experience for our guests
• Maintaining an organized and clean working environment
• Maintaining knowledge and a thorough understanding of our menus, paying special attention to guests’ allergies and dietary restrictions or aversions
• Maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure
• Ability to multitask
