Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Experience in school-based OT services, with an understanding of IEPs and goal setting
• Proficiency in home health OT or willingness to adapt to in-home interventions
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology for remote sessions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong documentation, assessment, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ therapy needs within school and home settings
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that support students’ functional independence and academic participation
• Deliver OT services through a mix of in-person, home visits, and teletherapy platforms depending on students’ needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure coordinated care
• Track progress and maintain detailed, compliant documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress while advocating for students’ needs
• Adapt interventions and strategies to best serve students across a diverse caseload
