Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4-week scheduling periods (3-4 weekend shifts required per period); floating as needed based on census

Highlights:

• 32-bed critical care unit with 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Growing cardiogenic shock program with 12 dedicated beds and specialized providers
• Advanced cardiac technologies including PA catheters, hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, and CRRT
• High-acuity procedures: central line insertion, Swan-Ganz catheter placement, and intubations
• Hill-Rom beds, Phillips telemetry monitoring, and Meditech documentation system
• Supportive team environment with student nurse externs, unit secretary support, and engaged staff culture
• Recognition programs including Nurse Practice Council and Daisy Award

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical care experience required
• Cardiac experience is mandatory
• Advanced skills preferred: PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, CRRT
