Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a confidential, well-established non-profit organization to identify a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English). This role supports a professional office environment focused on providing high-quality administrative and client support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting a diverse population.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide front-line administrative and intake support, assist with documentation, and ensure accurate data entry. This position requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to clearly explain general program-related information.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Serve as the first point of contact for phone and in-person inquiries
  
  



• 
  Assist with collecting and recording client information
  
  



• 
  Enter and maintain accurate records in a web-based system
  
  



• 
  Prepare and process administrative forms and reports
  
  



• 
  Communicate general guidelines and next steps clearly and professionally
  
  



• 
  Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all documentation
  
  



• 
  Provide general office and administrative support as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  High School Diploma or GED
  
  
  with 3+ years
  
  
  of administrative, customer service, intake, or call center experience
  
  
  OR
  
  
  
  



• 
  Associate's Degree with
  
  
  1+ year
  
  
  of relevant experience
  
  
  OR
  
  
  
  



• 
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
  
  



• 
  
  
  Bilingual Spanish/English - Required

  Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  Professional communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information
