Responsibilities Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. Safely and efficiently transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area. Present dishes to guests with precision and attention to detail, following our presentation standards. Assist servers with any additional requests or modifications to ensure guest satisfaction. Continuously maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold food safety standards. Qualifications High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment. Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work. Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays. Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process. Ability to learn menu items and service procedures. Ability to learn and follow processes. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift) Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40–50 lbs (e.g., trays, dish racks, furniture) Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting Manual dexterity to handle dishes, glassware, and cleaning tools safely Ability to work in a hot, wet, and noisy environment (kitchen and dining areas) Ability to navigate crowded spaces while carrying items safely Visual and auditory ability to identify spills, hazards, and guest needs We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
