Senior Operations Analyst

Senior Operations AnalystAvion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Senior Operations Analyst to support TSMO. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.Job Responsibilities/Duties:Review and evaluate operational and program-related components including equipment readiness, maintenance, logistics, procurement support, sustainment planning, fielding, technical documentation, and configuration considerations.Coordinate aerial target mission support, including target checkout and launch/recovery activities, range and airspace scheduling, frequencies, external support agencies, operational test support, threat presentation activities, and live-fire training exercises.Perform operational/project coordination activities, including planning, scheduling, organizing, and directing personnel, equipment, and internal/external support resources to keep missions and events on schedule and support successful execution.Conduct and support site visits to determine feasibility for equipment placement, ground support requirements, and target launch/recovery locations, drawing on knowledge of home-station and TDY range operations.Support post-mission documentation and AAR reporting; provide operational input to mission planning, travel projections, logistics/procurement requirements, equipment support, and related contract actions.Other duties as assigned.Required Experience:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience; 15 years of experience may be considered in place of a degree.Strong working knowledge of aerial target operations, logistics, mission scheduling, launch and recovery systems, ground support equipment, event procedures, range coordination, and technical guidance.On-site presence with the customer at Redstone Arsenal is a must.Must be a U.S. citizen and have a Secret security clearance with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with aerial threat/target systems, threat presentation equipment, and threat operations.Experience supporting military range operations, logistics, and munitions/support equipment coordination.Experience supporting DoD aerial target, test, training, or threat-system programs and coordinating with Government and external mission-support organizations.TS/SCI security clearance.Avion Solutions, Inc. reaffirms its belief in equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants.
