IT Resource Management Analyst

The Analyst for IT Resource Management and Finance Management will provide essential analytical, operational, and reporting support to ensure accurate forecasting, effective resource allocation, and strong financial governance across IT workstreams. This role partners closely with project managers, finance leads, and resource owners to maintain high-quality data, streamline processes, and enable informed decision-making.

What you need

• US Citizen on US soil (required)
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations for improvement.
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members
• Experience in Financial Management activities, ex: ability to build and update financial forecasts, manage Estimated‑at‑Completion (EAC) calculations, and reconcile actuals vs. plan.
• Skilled in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus if you have

• Proficiency using Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, Power Query) for financial reconciliation, labor forecasting, and NPR calculations
• Experience using AI tools to build and communicate out Financial Management and Resource Management Dashboards
• Experience producing standardized PMO deliverables (charters, status decks, dashboards)

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $64,000—$124,200 USD
