ESE Teacher

NAL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ESE (Exceptional Student Education) Teacher to provide specialized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, and support staff to ensure every student receives an individualized, high-quality education in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in both inclusive and pull-out settings Collaborate with general education teachers to differentiate instruction and implement accommodations/modifications Conduct and participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and required documentation Administer and interpret assessments to inform instructional planning Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and goals Foster a classroom culture aligned with the Leader in Me framework, promoting student leadership and self-advocacy Maintain compliance with all ESE-related state and district policies and timelines Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school leadership initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Navigator Academy
