Job Details Employment Type: Travel contract Setting: Hospice / Home Care Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 8/17/2026 Hours Per Week: 40 Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM On Call / Weekends: None Coverage Areas: Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton counties Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 Openings: 2 Mileage Reimbursement: Available between visits, from first patient to last patient Productivity Expectation: 6 visits per day / 30 points per week Registered Nurse Job Requirements Current, active RN license Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required Hospice experience required Hands-on experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required Associate degree minimum Strong communication skills and a professional, patient-centered approach Flexible, easy-going, and pleasant personality Responsibilities Perform case management for hospice patients in the home setting Complete admissions and support a smooth transition into care Prepare for interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate with the care team Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care during patient visits Develop, update, and communicate care plans based on patient needs Document accurately in HCHB and maintain productivity expectations Provide support across assigned coverage areas while representing the highest standards of home health care and hospice nursing Apply now to join a respected healthcare team serving Cordova and the greater Memphis, TN area.
