As a Registered Nurse (RN) joining our team, you'll support those in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ®.Our Vascular unit specializes in caring for patients with complex vascular and circulatory conditions, as well as general medical and post-surgical needs. Patients on this unit may include those with peripheral vascular disease, arterial and venous disorders, wound complications, post-operative vascular care, and chronic conditions requiring ongoing monitoring and education. Nurses work closely with vascular surgeons, hospitalists, wound care specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.Nurses on this unit are provided the opportunity to earn dialysis certification as part of their professional development.A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessmentsWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
