Director, Global Content Programs & Commercial Packaging (All Genders)

As Director, Global Commercial Marketing, you will lead how Dailymotion Advertising turns business priorities, audience insights, capabilities, proof points and market opportunities into compelling commercial stories that help Sales win. This is a hands-on player-coach role. You will lead and develop a team of two while personally creating and shaping key commercial materials, including global sales decks, agency presentations, go-to-market frameworks, commercial packages and strategic narratives. The focus is one-to-many: building strong global stories, frameworks and materials that can scale across sales teams, agencies, advertisers and markets. This is not a product role. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, but your ownership is the commercial story and how it is brought to market. Commercial Storytelling & GTM Own and evolve the global commercial story for Dailymotion Advertising. Create and improve global sales decks, agency presentations, solution stories, one-pagers and executive materials that can be used at scale. Turn audience insights, market trends, proof points and business capabilities into clear, persuasive commercial narratives and reusable frameworks. Develop category, vertical and market-moment stories that give Sales relevant reasons to engage advertisers throughout the year. Commercial Packaging & Sales Enablement Build scalable commercial propositions and go-to-market packages around advertiser needs, priority verticals, market moments and Dailymotion Advertising solutions. Create messaging frameworks, playbooks, talk tracks, proof points and case studies that help commercial teams tell a consistent story and move opportunities forward. Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Insights to bring the strongest inputs into agency and advertiser-facing materials, without owning product strategy or roadmap. Ensure global materials are built for reuse and can be easily localized and activated by regional teams. Team Leadership Lead, coach and develop a team of two while maintaining a high bar for quality, clarity and commercial relevance. Operate as a true player-coach, setting direction while remaining directly involved in the decks, frameworks and commercial stories that matter most. 8+ years of experience in commercial marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement, integrated B2B marketing or a related role within advertising, media, adtech or technology. Strong understanding of how agencies and advertisers evaluate media partners and advertising solutions. Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with hands-on experience creating senior-level sales and agency materials. Ability to turn complex capabilities, data, insights and market opportunities into simple, compelling commercial stories. Strong understanding of digital advertising, video, CTV, programmatic and the broader media ecosystem. A player-coach mindset with experience leading a small team while staying close to execution.
