Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tier 1 Support in Utah Valley, UT. Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to provide end-user support across multiple office and operational environments. This role serves as the first point of contact for technical issues and is responsible for keeping employees productive while supporting workstation, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 technologies. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and end-user support requests
- Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MFA support
- Perform onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning and device setup
- Image, deploy, and configure new devices
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Escalate complex issues with clear and thorough documentation
- Track hardware and software assets and maintain accurate records
- Provide support for office and operational users across multiple locations
- 1+ years of help desk, desktop support, or end-user support experience
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and user support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent documentation and ticket management habits
- Ability to travel between local office locations
