Maintenance Director – Nursing Home
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to join our family-run nursing home. The right Maintenance Director will be reliable, hardworking, and caring toward our residents and staff.
Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily maintenance and repairs in the building
Managing safety checks and compliance
Supervising and scheduling maintenance staff
Working with vendors when needed
What we’re looking for:
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
A team player with a positive attitude
We’re a warm, community-focused facility and pride ourselves on treating staff and residents like family.
