Senior User Experience Designer

About the Role The Senior Experience Designer will play a crucial role in designing scalable solutions for enterprise and hardware-constrained digital systems, working closely with product and engineering teams in agile environments. This role is not open for subcontracting. Open to W2 /Individual C2C or 1099 candidates only. We are willing to transfer H1B's and take care of their immigration, including GC sponsorships. Responsibilities Must have retail domain experience. Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools. Experience designing enterprise or hardware-constrained digital systems. Strong understanding of responsive and system-based design principles. Ability to design scalable solutions that work across multiple contexts and devices. Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering in agile environments. Strong communication skills across written, visual, and verbal formats. A portfolio that demonstrates system-level thinking and end-to-end design ownership. Case studies that show how designs scale, evolve, and ship to production. Ability to work autonomously while influencing outcomes through collaboration. Experience contributing to or extending design systems is a plus.
