Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Andrology/Endocrine Laboratory Technician to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. * Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time, and with one weekend a month and a rotating holiday

• Compensation: $24 to $26 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Andrology/Endocrine Laboratory Technician will:

• Ship, receive, and disposition frozen samples
• Order and receive lab supplies
• Examine and process specimens for routine semen analysis
• Perform counts for concentration and motility, perform histological

techniques for identifying leucocytes, immature germ cells and morphology

• Process semen for ART procedures and intrauterine inseminations (IUIs)
• Perform semen cryopreservation
• Assure proper sample collection, delivery and identification (chain of

custody) * Perform daily/monthly quality control procedures for media and equipment used in the Andrology/Endocrine laboratory * Assist laboratory personnel in performing lab services in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws and guidelines to ensure laboratory maintains accreditation * Check and record daily temperature of refrigerators to ensure proper storage of media reagents * Perform quality controls, calibration and instrument preventive maintenance checks at the required frequency and documents such actions * Monitor supply of reagents and other material to ensure adequate supply at all times and orders supplies when necessary What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include:

• B.S. in Biology or other relevant science and/or MLT ASCP
• Minimum of one year laboratory experience
• Experience with a chemistry analyzer strongly preferred
• Tissue culture experience (sterile technique) and/or semen processing a plus
