Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will screen patients, perform dental cleanings, and assist the dentists with exams and procedures. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and patient education. 
• Conduct oral health assessments and accurately document findings.  Collaborate with the dentist during hygiene examinations and assist with treatment planning.  Take high-quality digital radiographs and assist with intraoral and extraoral digital photography.  Maintain accurate patient records and update oral hygiene and periodontal charting.  Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards.  Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.  Ensure a comfortable, positive patient experience while promoting overall oral health. 

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. 
• Current CPR/BLS certification. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. 
• Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred. 
• Experience with Eaglesoft dental software (preferred but not required)
