E-commerce Specialist
Stalks 'n' Spice
Stalks N Spice is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to drive our online sales growth. You will manage our web storefront, optimize product listings, and implement strategies to enhance customer conversion and retention. Job Responsibilities Store Management: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform. Content Optimization: Write compelling product descriptions and optimize for SEO. Analytics & Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports. Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B tests and improve checkout flow for better conversions. Campaign Support: Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and offers. Marketplace Management: Manage presence on third-party platforms like Amazon and BigBasket. Job Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. Professional Experience: 2-4 years in e-commerce operations or digital marketing. Platform Knowledge: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision making.
