Real Estate Branch Manager: Leadership, P&L, Training

Long & Foster Inc.

Long & Foster Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Chesapeake, VA to oversee office management and drive productivity among sales associates. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of six years of managerial experience, including at least three years in real estate. Key responsibilities include recruitment, training, fiscal management, and community engagement. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
