Ben Delatour Scout Ranch Camp Counselor in Training Program
Basic Requirements
- Fourteen years of age as of June 1st
- Currently enrolled in a Scouting program (Boys or Girls)
- Full Scout uniform (Scouts BSA field uniform shirt including pant/shorts and soaks)
- Three references from non-family members indicating character, leadership and work ethic principles.
- Attend the MANDATORY staff week in June
- Have one or several weeks available to staff camp
Fundamental Responsibilities
- Perform as a troop ambassador to units in camp including helping participants find program areas
- Assist in program area as assigned
- Assist with special activities as assigned
- Assist with janitorial duties if and when needed
