What You'll Be Doing As a Fry Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional meals to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of fried dishes from Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisines.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and quality.
- Following recipes and portion guidelines to create consistent, flavorful dishes.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitoring food supplies and assisting with inventory management as needed.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a fry cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques, especially frying, and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- A passion for Asian cuisine and a commitment to delivering quality dishes.
