Matt Bowers Hyundai is aggressively hiring A, B, C Level Technicians and Master Technicians for our high-volume, fast-growing service department.

$30 $65+ per hour based on experience, certifications, and production

• Entry-level experienced techs start well above local averages

• Master Techs earn top-tier pay at the highest level in the region

• High flag hours = uncapped earning potential

• Minimum 4+ years dealership experience REQUIRED

• Hyundai, Kia, or Mazda experience a PLUS

• ASE (ASC) Certifications preferred

• Master Technicians move to the front of the line

• Must have your own tools

• Strong diagnostic skills (mechanical & electrical)

• Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced shop

• Reliable, accountable, and production-driven

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to OEM standards

• Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability, electrical, and engine work

• Complete maintenance, brakes, and full system repairs

• Execute used car recon when needed

• Work with a strong service team to maximize efficiency and output

• Stay current with evolving vehicle technology and training
