Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve any complaints or issues
- Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Handle cash handling, reimbursement, and accounting tasks
Required Skills:
- Restaurant Management experience
- ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage costs and optimize profitability
- Experience in retail and cash handling
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in complaint resolution
- Knowledge of long-term disability and insurance benefits
- Previous experience in interviewing and staffing
- Understanding of accounting and math principles
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $45,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
