Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect / Project Manager to lead and manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction completion. This role requires strong design, technical, project management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from schematic design through construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Develop architectural drawings and contract documents using Revit.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Manage multiple projects, schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate CSI specifications, bid documents, and project requirements.
• Review shop drawings and submittals and assist with construction administration.
• Conduct field visits and attend Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and applicable regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior architectural staff.
• Develop 3D renderings and project presentations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Active Registered Architect (RA) license required.
• 5–7+ years of architectural experience.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, or complex building projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with construction documents, permitting, bidding, CSI specifications, and construction administration.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and site development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
