In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 07:30 PMTue02:00 PM - 07:30 PMWed02:00 PM - 07:30 PMThur02:00 PM - 07:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and report observations. Respond to incidents, behavioral health‑related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and document incidents, patrols, and policy violations accurately. Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security‑related matters. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
