Registered Nurse

Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care. Collaborates with physicians and other inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing, following the Nurse Practice Act and other state rules. Provides care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up. Responsible for planning, coordination, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Facility Details Facility: Sanford Med Ctr Fargo Location: Fargo, ND Address: rd Ave S, Fargo, ND 58104, USA Shift: 12 Hours – Rotating Shifts Weekly Hours: 36 Salary Range: $2,758 – $3,430 Qualifications Hold an RN license with the State Board of Nursing for the state where practice is occurring or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA) – Bachelor’s degree preferred. Hold unencumbered RN license and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications. At least one year of nursing experience. At least six months of travel nursing experience.
