A well-established, fast-growing commercial general contractor in Lincoln, NE is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. This firm self-performs key scopes (concrete, carpentry) to protect quality and schedule, runs an average project size of ~$50M, and is currently executing a $330M project — this isn't a shop doing small tenant build-outs. Project pipeline spans K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, senior living, and athletic facilities. The company has grown headcount significantly across its 6 regional offices and is investing heavily in its project teams.
