Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Valid and active state licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, especially with PreK through 5th grade.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students from preschool through 5th grade.
• Assess, identify, and document student needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Write, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Lead and facilitate IEP meetings, working collaboratively with staff and families.
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions based on student growth.
• Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines.
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and families to promote student success.
