Roles & Responsibilities :
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient care and progress.
