You’re the first impression, the calming presence, and often the reason a nervous caller decides to trust us with their family’s future. Attorneys can only help the clients who make it through the door, and that starts with you. We’re not looking for someone who’s already done this job somewhere else. We’re looking for someone who loves talking to people, who treats great customer service as a point of pride rather than a checklist, and who picks up new software without breaking a sweat. Everything else our process, our systems, our style we’ll teach you. And while the work matters, so does having a good time doing it. What You’ll Do Be the warm, welcoming voice on intake calls with prospective clients, listening closely, asking the right questions, and helping people feel heard from the very first conversation. Guide callers through our intake questionnaire and help them understand what working with our firm looks like. Coordinate scheduling for our team of attorneys, booking phone and video consultations and following up to confirm appointments. Prepare and send fee agreements to new clients, then route signed agreements to accounting. Answer and route calls on our multi-line phone system. Keep client files organized and track every prospective client’s journey in our CRM. Lend a hand with firm operations. Help bring our marketing to life assisting with materials, campaigns, and firm events. What You’ll Bring A genuine love of connecting with people and putting them at ease, even in stressful moments. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools quickly (we use Microsoft Office, Clio, Zoom, Canva, and more). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliability, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. The ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion. A quiet, professional space to work remotely and dependable high-speed internet. No prior law firm or intake experience required, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
