Edgar Law Group, LLP is a San Jose–based boutique tax law firm seeking an experienced Tax Consultant (CPA) to join our growing team of legal and tax professionals. Our work focuses on sophisticated federal and California tax matters for individuals and businesses who need more than compliance—they need strategy. In this role, you will work directly with attorneys and partners on complex client matters involving tax controversy, advisory planning, compliance strategy, and resolution. Your work will contribute directly to coordinated legal-financial solutions designed to withstand scrutiny from the IRS and state taxing authorities. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking critically, and applying deep tax knowledge in a collaborative professional environment.
