We support complex data center and industrial projects throughout the United States and are committed to delivering quality, consistency, and operational excellence on every project.Position OverviewJSET is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of data center, controls, and mission-critical infrastructure projects.This is a field-focused role that works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, vendors, and customers to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.This position offers a clear development path for individuals looking to build a long-term career in project management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with project execution and coordinationTrack project progress, schedules, action items, and deliverablesAssist with RFIs, submittals, and project documentationCoordinate material procurement, deliveries, and logisticsSupport project budgeting, forecasting, and cost trackingAttend project meetings and communicate project updatesMaintain documentation in Procore and other project management systemsCoordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customersAssist with project closeout and turnover activitiesParticipate in jobsite visits and field coordination effortsQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GED1+ year of experience in construction, project coordination, project administration, field operations, or a related environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft OfficeValid driver's licensePreferredAssociate 's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related fieldExperience with Procore or similar construction management softwareExperience supporting project schedules, procurement, budgets, or change managementExperience in construction, electrical, controls, automation, or low-voltage industriesWhat We OfferCompetitive CompensationMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysProfessional Development and TrainingCareer Advancement OpportunitiesExposure to Large-Scale Data Center and Mission-Critical ProjectsWork EnvironmentPrimarily field-based role supporting active construction sitesFrequent interaction with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, vendors, and customersRegular use of project management software and digital documentation toolsFast-paced environment supporting multiple projects simultaneouslyRegional travel as business needs requireWork AuthorizationApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
