Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our hospital outpatient rehabilitation team in Missouri. This role provides high-quality patient care in our main hospital outpatient clinic and requires floating to satellite clinic locations as needed. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship and training available. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical needs. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and modalities to support patient recovery. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as appropriate, and document accurately according to hospital and state requirements. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Float to satellite outpatient clinic locations as scheduled to ensure consistent patient care. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional therapy environment. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri Completion of the NPTE (National Physical Therapy Examination). CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
