Your Responsibilities:
- Operate minibuses safely along scheduled Washington, D.C. routes
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Keep accurate logs of trips, incidents, and passenger records
- Communicate with dispatch and respond to delays or issues
- Assist passengers during boarding/deboarding and address inquiries
- Attend regular safety meetings and follow all regulations
What You'll Need:
- CDL B with Passenger Endorsement
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- 2+ years of commercial driving experience (minibus preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a federal background check (government clearance required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
