Director of AI Innovation - Construction & Supply Chain

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives Set delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for program execution Conduct performance management, coaching, and career development for TPMs Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement Program & Delivery Management Own end to end delivery of complex, multi stream programs across the construction supply chain lifecycle Drive planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking Ensure alignment across product, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and vendor costs Establish and report on KPIs, OKRs, and executive dashboards Construction Supply Chain Domain Ownership Apply strong domain knowledge across: Logistics, warehousing, and inventory Supplier and subcontractor management Cost controls and schedule impacts Translate construction and supply chain business requirements into executable technical roadmaps Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology driven improvements Stakeholder Communication & Executive Engagement Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors Present program status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly and confidently Align cross functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines Influence without authority across matrixed global teams Qualifications 13+ years of overall experience in program/project management or technology delivery 2+ years leading teams of Technical PMs Proven experience delivering programs in one or more of the following domains: Construction, Engineering, or Supply chain domains Strong background managing complex, cross system, enterprise scale initiatives Domain Knowledge Solid understanding of construction supply chain processes and constraints Experience working with ERP, procurement systems, logistics platforms tools Familiarity with how supply chain disruptions impact construction schedules and costs Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability Excellent problem solving, risk management, and decision-making skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution Experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models #J-18808-Ljbffr ClifyX
