An established outpatient vascular and IR platform in Coastal Texas is adding Interventional Radiologists due to existing procedural backlog and continued expansion. This is a production-focused outpatient model built around PAD, embolization, venous disease, and OBL growth. NOT inpatient consult volume or overnight hospital coverage.

The strongest fit is an entrepreneurial IR physician who wants autonomy, meaningful income upside, and the ability to help build long-term equity value.

• No mandatory call and outpatient-only procedural focus. No hospital-style overnight burden or heavy inpatient consult service.
• Base compensation starting around $600K-$650K with documented productivity upside exceeding $1M for high-volume physicians.
