Construction Inspector – Loveland, CO (4–6 Week Project)

Actively seeking an experienced Construction Inspector for a short-term project supporting the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) in Loveland, Colorado.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified construction professional looking for a project with overtime potential and per diem support.

Project Details

• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks

• Location: Loveland, CO

• Regular Time: 40 hours/week

• Overtime: Up to 20 hours/week

• Per Diem Available for Non-Locals

• Immediate Need

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction inspection and quality assurance oversight

• Monitor contractor compliance with project specifications, drawings, safety requirements, and quality standards

• Prepare daily reports using Procore Construction Management software

• Coordinate with WAPA personnel, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Verify completed work and document project progress

• Report safety, quality, and schedule issues as needed

Desired Experience

Candidates should have experience inspecting renovation and construction activities including:

• Low-voltage electrical systems

• Framing and drywall

• Painting and finishes

• Plumbing

• Flooring installation

• Doors and hardware

• Kitchen and bathroom fixtures/appliances

• Furniture installation

Federal construction inspection experience is preferred but not required.
