Level Designer

Seeking a full-time Level Designer I or II to develop open-world content for a high-profile AAA action-adventure title, this remote position involves designing, building, and iterating on locations and points of interest while collaborating with co-development teams. Key responsibilities Collaborate with level design leadership to define goals and quality standards for assigned content Design, block out, implement, and iterate on open-world locations using Unreal Engine 5 Create engaging gameplay spaces that support exploration, traversal, and environmental storytelling Required qualifications Professional experience designing and implementing gameplay spaces in Unreal Engine 5 or a comparable engine Practical experience using Blueprint or similar visual scripting tools for level-specific gameplay Strong understanding of level design fundamentals, including spatial composition and gameplay flow Experience creating interactive content within authored or open-world spaces A portfolio demonstrating level layouts or shipped level-design work is preferred
