Receptionist/HR Assistant

We are looking for a polished, reliable Corporate Receptionist to manage the front desk of our regional facility. This is a traditional reception role with a unique twist: you will be the absolute anchor of our lobby, but you will also be trained to handle basic Human Resources administrative tasks directly from your desk as needed.
If you love running a front office but want a role that gives you exposure to corporate HR operations, this position offers the perfect balance of stability and skill-building. What You'll Be Doing: Your primary focus is managing the front of the house. You will greet arriving corporate guests, manage building security badges, handle incoming phone lines, and oversee daily mail and package logistics. You will also keep our main lobby and conference rooms organized and professional. As time permits between front-desk duties, you will support our HR team right from your workstation. We will train you to assist with basic data entry, organize electronic employee files, compile onboarding packets for new hires, and track pre-employment administrative check-offs. What We're Looking For:- Front-Desk Polish: Exceptional verbal communication skills, a professional presentation, and a naturally warm, welcoming personality for visitors.
- Organized Mindset: The ability to stay focused and organized while managing multiple front-desk tasks, phone calls, and clerical projects simultaneously.
- Technical Comfort: Good typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). You must be able to learn internal database systems easily.
- Total Discretion: Because you will be assisting with HR paperwork, you must have the maturity and integrity to handle sensitive, confidential data.
- Reliability: Excellent punctuality and dependable daily transportation to the local area (kept confidential for privacy).
