Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for patient-centered care. As a DPT, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall physical function. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for managing their conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting (preferably with diverse patient populations).
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and modalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
