Join a thriving and collaborative medical practice located at 381 Church Street . Currently, the team consists of two physicians and two nurse practitioners, all working in a spacious, modern facility featuring 10 fully equipped examination rooms, designed to facilitate high-quality, patient-focused care.
We also have Primary Care positions available in Wilton, Milton, and Malta.
About Our TeamAs part of our team, you will work in an exceptional and collaborative environment that fosters collegial relationships among physicians, clinicians, support staff, and administration.
Engage in 100% outpatient care, utilizing our hospitalist services.
Phone call coverage during weeknights, approximately 1:15, with no primary weekend call (backup only).
Collaborative vacation coverage to ensure your patients' acute needs are met.
In-basket vacation coverage mechanisms, including scripts and routine diagnostic results managed by colleagues.
Our medical group utilizes EPIC EMR for efficient record-keeping.
Receive hands-on leadership from RN Clinical Coordinators, Practice Managers, and Medical Directors.
Excellent mentorship opportunities for new graduates, with support for experienced physicians transitioning into our practices.
Our practices have achieved National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognition, certified as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
Access to state-of-the-art ancillary services located at the hospital and various ambulatory service sites throughout our area.

The Saratoga Hospital Family Medicine Residency welcomed its inaugural class in July 2023 and now has a full complement of residents.
