No.1 Site Manager (Main Contractor) | Permanent | Berkshire Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package Location: Berkshire A leading, international, civil engineering and building company with a turnover exceeding £250m has an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company deals with a wide range of projects, providing a first‑class service to clients in both private and public sectors, through a network of strategically placed and locally staffed offices throughout the UK and abroad. Each regional office has an established team with extensive knowledge of their local communities, delivering a complete construction service, utilising technical expertise, internal labour and plant resources. They are looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager with a strong track record working on education projects, particularly new build, refurbishment and extension projects within this sector, valued at £2m to £20m. Experience in other sectors is also advantageous.
