About the Job Leasing Agent (No Experience) for Immediate Hire We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing at our properties. Responsibilities:
- Greeting prospective tenants
- Conduct property tours and answer inquiries
- Assist applicants with the Leasing process
- Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and update property listings
- Must be Bilingual in SPANISH
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY / We will train the right candidate
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people skills
- MONTHLY BONUSES - UP TO $2000 IF GOALS ARE MET!
- Job security for result-oriented Leasing Agent
- Will have big growth of income for a successful candidate
- PTO, overtime, and Vacation Time after 90 day probation period
