Wound Care Coordinator | RN Leading Wound Management

Encore Village

Encore Village in Schaumburg is hiring a full-time Wound Care Coordinator who will oversee comprehensive wound assessments and the implementation of patient care plans. Responsibilities include educating patients and staff, administering medications, and performing wound assessments. Candidates must hold an RN licensure in Illinois and preferably have experience in long-term care nursing.
