We are the sole fully integrated healthcare delivery network serving Central Florida, particularly Brevard County. Since our inception in 1995, we have been dedicated to offering outstanding healthcare services throughout Florida's Space Coast, supported by a comprehensive network of hospitals, outpatient facilities, physician practices, wellness services, and a locally operated health plan.

We are currently in search of a Board Certified / Board Eligible Uro Hospitalist to enhance our growing urology program and deliver top-notch inpatient urologic care across our hospitals in Brevard County. Position Highlights

• Provide inpatient urology call coverage across our hospitals in Brevard County.

• Collaborate with established hospitalist and specialty teams to manage inpatient urology consults.

• Perform various inpatient urologic procedures and bedside interventions.

• Conduct daily rounds on hospitalized urology patients.

• Coordinate care with clinic-based urologists to ensure seamless continuity of care and outpatient follow-up.

• Engage in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

• Enjoy a well-balanced schedule that promotes both professional fulfillment and quality of life.

Schedule

• Week-on/week-off schedule.

• Rotation from Tuesday to Tuesday.

• Daytime coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Night call coverage from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM during the scheduled service week.

• Predictable scheduling that fosters an excellent work-life balance.

Procedures & Case Types

The Uro Hospitalist will oversee a diverse array of inpatient urologic procedures and consultations, including:

• Ureteroscopy.

• Cystoscopy with lithotripsy laser.

• Ureteral stent placement and management.

• Catheter placement and management.

• Retrograde pyelogram.

• General inpatient urologic consultations and interventions.

Our Medical Group is the oldest and largest multi-specialty group on the Space Coast, consisting of over 400 providers across more than 25 office locations in over 50 specialties.

About Our Hospital

Situated just off SR 520 on the Banana River in Cocoa Beach, our hospital features 150 beds and a skilled medical staff of 240 members. The facility offers stunning water views from its Birthing Care Center. The Women's Diagnostic Center provides advanced, personalized services, including Digital Mammography, Ultrasound, Stereotactic Breast Biopsy, and MRI breast imaging, all accredited by the American College of Radiology and the US Food and Drug Administration.

Additionally, our hospital includes a 21-bed Level II Emergency Department and a six-story Medical Plaza housing physician offices, a conference center, pre-operative testing, outpatient registration for laboratory testing and same-day surgery, along with a Health Resource Center for the community.
