You'll have an opportunity to:Build positive relationships with customers and dealership partners.Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions within your delegated authority.Review loan and funding documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Communicate funding requirements and credit decisions professionally and promptly.Support account management and collection activities for delinquent accounts.Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines.Authorize repossessions when appropriate and within established requirements.Monitor payment arrangements and follow up on customer commitments.Help achieve branch goals related to account growth, delinquency control, and profitability.Coach and guide branch employees and help coordinate daily priorities.Partner with the Branch Manager to identify performance opportunities and implement action plans.Provide branch leadership when the Branch Manager is absent.Support administrative responsibilities such as processing payments, loan packages, and bank deposits when needed.What We're Looking ForYou don't need a long career in finance to succeed here.
