Maintain project files, document protocols, and procedures related to data access, collection, analysis/sharing, related protocols and procedures for quality assurance. Assist in compiling data, generating, and distributing regular reports to internal units and leadership. Gathers and organizes information on programs, services, forms or reports, and confers with management to identify problems and improvements. Provides technical assistance, analyzes information, and creates reports and/or other written products. Reviews and archives documents. Confers with management and users to identify problems and improvements. Contacts appropriate parties to ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and court orders, as needed. Prepares manuals and conducts training on use of new forms, reports, procedures, or equipment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Preference will be given to those who meet the following minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and; 3+ years professional proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365, Adobe, and similar office programs. 3+ years background in reviewing files and/or documents, making comparisons to an established standard, and identifying errors? College education can substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Preferred candidates should possess: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, interpret, and apply written instructions, policies, and procedures. Ability to proofread and edit for proper grammar, spelling, context, and providing feedback to management.
