Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapy services to our patients, focusing on rehabilitation and improving their overall function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor progress towards rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records of treatments and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy processes and home exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapist license and demonstrate experience in a rehabilitative setting.
